Recruiters browse the talent directory, create wishlists, and request introductions to prospects that fit their brief.

• Recruiter discovery: Let verified recruiters filter, view, and bookmark your profile inside viewfoot.
• Wishlists & follow-up: Recruiter teams keep shortlists organized and request contact directly from the platform.

We iterate quickly and this documentation focuses on what is live today. Experimental AI analysis, auto-tagging, and advanced reporting remain on the roadmap and are tracked separately in docs/in-progress.mdx.
