Feature - Progress Hub

Feature - Progress Hub

XP, badges, challenges, duels, and training surfaces for eligible talent plans.

Progress Hub

Progress Hub consolidates the player-side progression experience into one place. Instead of splitting badges, challenges, training, and leaderboards across multiple routes, the current product brings them together under /dashboard/progress for eligible talent accounts.

Access model

  • Visible today for Pro, Elite, and legacy talent access.
  • Hidden on free and Starter plans.
  • Guardian-managed billing still unlocks access when the guardian is the billing owner of an eligible plan.
  • Under-18 visibility still depends on guardian setup; progression access is separate from recruiter visibility.

Tabs that are live today

Overview

  • XP progress and level state
  • Daily streak status
  • Player evolution card
  • Weekly objectives, challenge summary, and recruiter-readiness widgets
  • Progress nudges and celebratory modals for XP and badge unlocks

Arena

  • Active challenges
  • Duels
  • Empty-state guidance that pushes the player back into training when nothing is active

Trophy Room

  • Earned badges
  • Progress toward the next badges
  • Weekly highlights

Training

  • Training hub shell
  • Session calendar and completion flow
  • Entry point for structured development work that later feeds progression systems

Rankings

The Rankings tab exists in the product, but it is still a staged rollout surface. It currently communicates the upcoming competitive mode rather than acting as a full live leaderboard experience.

How it connects to the main dashboard

The unified talent dashboard is now the front door to progression:

  • The onboarding strip and next-action banner explain what to do next.
  • The gamification nudge strip links straight into relevant Progress Hub tabs.
  • Actionable recommendations and profile coaching sit alongside progression instead of replacing it.

Reward model in the current product

  • XP comes from validated activity, streaks, and challenge/training participation.
  • Badges are criteria-driven and awarded automatically when their conditions are met.
  • Challenges and duels surface inside Arena.
  • Training feeds the structured work that keeps the hub active over time.

Progress Hub is designed to make player effort visible and actionable. It is not a replacement for profile quality, video quality, or recruiter judgement.

What Progress Hub is not

  • Not an automated recruiter ranking engine.
  • Not a promise that recruiter search order is driven by XP alone.
  • Not a fully live competitive leaderboard yet.

Progress is live. Fully competitive rankings are still rolling out deliberately.
