Talent discovery is about giving recruiters clarity, not overwhelming dashboards. We focus on filters, profile freshness, and transparent information.

Filters available today

• Position and secondary positions
• Age range (calculated from date of birth)
• Playing category and competition level
• Nationality, secondary nationality, and current location
• Video availability and minimum number of uploaded matches
• Profile freshness (recently updated profiles appear first)

Result ordering

• We prioritise players who meet the active wishlist criteria and have refreshed their profile recently.
• There is no automated KPI scoring or percentile ranking yet; recruiters review the evidence themselves.

Profile signals

Each search result links to:

• Verified identity status and representation details when provided
• Career summary, recent clubs, and availability window
• Self-reported season stats (matches played, minutes, goals, assists)
• List of uploaded videos with their annotation status

Roadmap notes

We are researching model-assisted recommendations, role templates, and comparative dashboards. Until those ship, the discovery experience stays intentionally transparent and human-driven.
