Talent discovery is about giving recruiters clarity, not overwhelming dashboards. The shipped product combines transparent search filters for recruiters with player-side insight surfaces that explain what is getting attention.

Filters available today

• Position and secondary positions
• Age range (calculated from date of birth)
• Playing category and competition level
• Nationality, secondary nationality, and current location
• Video availability and minimum number of uploaded matches
• Profile freshness (recently updated profiles appear first)

Result ordering

• We prioritise players who meet the active wishlist criteria and have refreshed their profile recently.
• There is no automated recruiter-side KPI ranking yet; recruiters still review the underlying evidence themselves.

Profile signals

Each search result links to:

• Verified identity status and representation details when provided
• Career summary, recent clubs, and availability window
• Self-reported season stats (matches played, minutes, goals, assists)
• List of uploaded videos with their annotation status

Player-side insight surfaces

Talents do not just publish and wait. The current dashboard also exposes:

• Profile completeness and readiness signals
• Video views and profile visits
• Unique recruiter interest where available
• Content performance summaries and pending-review status
• Actionable recommendations tied to missing profile, guardian, or content work

These insight surfaces are designed to tell players what to fix next, not to hide the underlying evidence behind a black-box score.

Roadmap notes

We are researching model-assisted recommendations, role templates, and richer comparative dashboards. Until those ship, discovery stays intentionally transparent and human-driven.
