Feature - Recruiter Workspace
Recruiter-side discovery, wishlists, secure messaging, and trial follow-up tools.
Recruiter Workspace
The recruiter workspace keeps discovery, evaluation, and follow-up simple while still covering the workflows recruiters use every week: finding profiles, organising shortlists, opening secure conversations, and moving trials forward.
Key elements
- Talent directory – Search and filter public player profiles by position, age range, location, nationality, and availability.
- Profile detail – Review bio, playing history, self-reported stats, and annotated videos in one place.
- Wishlists – Bookmark prospects, add quick notes, set a priority, and track review status (
NEW,VIEWED,SAVED,CONTACTED,REJECTED,EXPIRED). - Secure messaging - Start encrypted conversations with talents directly in the app.
- Trial Tracker - Move from first contact to requested, confirmed, completed, or declined trial states with a visible audit trail.
Workflow today
- Create a wishlist for the brief you are working on (for example "U19 winger").
- Browse the directory, open relevant profiles, and add promising players to the wishlist.
- Update the status as you review footage or complete outreach tasks.
- Start a secure conversation when you want to speak with the player or their representative.
- Use Trial Tracker once a conversation turns into a concrete in-person opportunity.
Limitations to note
- No automated scoring or AI ranking yet—the list order reflects your own prioritisation.
- Collaboration is limited to users within the same recruiter account; organisation-wide permissions are in discovery.
- Reporting exports are manual for now; contact support if you need a custom export.
Designed to stay focused on what is live today while leaving room for future depth.
